What exactly is tracked?
We track your rating, review count and new reviews on Google Maps, Yandex Maps and 2GIS. We also compare your rating with the chosen competitor.
How often do reports arrive?
On the trial — once a week. On paid plans — data updates every 6 hours, reports arrive weekly or when changes occur (configurable).
Do I need a payment card for the trial?
No. The trial is completely free and requires no card. Just add your location and choose a notification channel.
What happens when the trial ends?
Monitoring stops, but data is saved for 30 days. You will receive a notification one day before it ends with an offer to upgrade to a paid plan.or the All-platforms plan at $150/mo.
Can I monitor multiple locations?
On the trial — one location. On paid plans you can add multiple locations, each billed separately.
